Job summary

LogicMonitor seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Go-to-Market recruiting for the Americas. You will manage a team of GTM recruiters, partnering with executive leaders to shape hiring strategies that align with business goals.

You will drive data-driven narratives, build strong sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, and use dashboards to track metrics while mentoring teammates and collaborating cross-functionally. AI for efficiency will be leveraged where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years managing a team.
• Go-to-Market recruiting experience with Sales/ GTM partnerships.
• Ability to influence hiring strategies with executive leadership.
• Strong storytelling with data to drive hiring decisions.
• Expertise in recruiting best practices and coaching stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM recruiting for the Americas and partner with executives to set hiring strategies.
• Manage and mentor GTM recruiting team to meet business goals.
• Develop sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with ROI focus.
• Use reports and dashboards to track recruiting metrics and communicate insights.
• Provide backup support and lead senior-level GTM searches when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design efficient solutions and workflows.
• Incorporate AI to improve recruiting efficiency where applicable.
