Job summary

Wayground in the United States seeks a Senior Manager of Business Operations and Strategy to drive critical decisions, resource allocation, and growth in the U.S. K–12 business. You will join a team at the center of how Wayground operates, translating strategy into concrete actions.

You will own initiatives across GTM, financial modeling, budgeting, and operating systems, partnering with executives to improve EBITDA and revenue while advancing education outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in high-impact roles, with at least 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to shift priorities.
• Able to think critically about problems and priorities and question the status quo.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about making an impact on global learners.

Responsibilities

• GTM Operating System: define KPI ownership across GTM roles and build operating rhythms.
• Strategic Planning: identify strategic questions, build analyses, and inform resource allocation.
• GTM Financial Modeling: own forecasting for go-to-market motions across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Financial Systems: implement systems and processes for clear accountability of P&Ls.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: lead in-depth financial analysis for commercial leadership.
