Job summary

NCGA in California seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Modeling in IT to translate data into growth and efficiency insights. This role leads forecasting models and dashboards informing GPS-driven decisions, partnering with marketing, membership, and finance teams.

You will build and stress-test financial and membership models, develop narratives for leadership, and manage multiple priorities with integrity around confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, or related quantitative field.
• Experience in business analytics, data science, or related field; membership/subscription experience a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong financial modeling skills; able to build and stress-test models.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
• CRM or membership platforms experience (HubSpot a plus).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytical models underpinning strategic planning.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs in real time.
• Partner with marketing, membership, operations and finance to translate data needs.
• Conduct segmentation and cohort analyses for growth opportunities.
• Present findings clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
