Job summary

United Gaming, LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Analytics and Finance to drive financial and investment analysis across the business. The role combines modeling, data validation, and strategic decision support with hands-on SQL and advanced Excel work.

The candidate will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and senior leadership to evaluate investments, analyze portfolio performance, and support key business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic finance, investment analysis, FP&A, or similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling including DCF, IRR/XIRR, ROI, and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong SQL proficiency with ability to write queries and validate results.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve financial, location, COAM, game, and operating data from company databases.
• Create custom reports and datasets to support Finance, Operations, Business Development, and senior management.
• Develop recurring portfolio reporting by location, COAM, manufacturer, game, revenue, WPU, and other key operating metrics.
• Validate data accuracy and reconcile information across databases, financial reports, operational systems, and Excel analyses.
• Build and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and automated analytical processes to increase reporting efficiency and data reliability.
• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, retention opportunities, and capital expenditures using DCF, IRR/XIRR, ROI, payback, and other metrics.
• Analyze COAM and game performance to identify underperforming assets and portfolio optimization opportunities.
• Assess financial performance of machine installations, swaps, upgrades, redeployments for capital allocation decisions.
• Analyze financial statements, operating results, cash flows, and key performance drivers.
• Support lender reporting, including liquidity analysis, covenant analysis, and other lender requests.
• Perform ad-hoc financial, operational, and strategic analysis for senior management to support planning and decisions.
• Support special projects requiring financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentations.
