Job summary

Northern California Golf Association seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Modeling to turn data on membership, participation, and finances into actionable insights guiding growth and satisfaction. You will build forecasting models, design dashboards, and collaborate with departments to drive decisions.

The role focuses on GPS metrics, reporting to the CTO, and requires translating complex data into clear narratives for leadership. Monday–Friday, exempt with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, or related quantitative field.
• Experience in business analytics or data science; membership-based organization a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools; strong financial modeling skills.
• CRM or membership platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical models underpinning strategic planning across the NCGA.
• Develop membership, financial, and operational models.
• Design executive dashboards and real-time KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, membership, operations and finance to translate data needs into solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
