The role is externally facing, partnering with Sales and senior leaders to drive a high-quality onboarding experience.

The position emphasizes cross-functional alignment, process simplification, and AI-enabled improvements to boost efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of relevant health insurance implementation experience.
• Requires 4+ years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Brokers.
• Experience using data to influence large initiatives.
• Experience with process automation and AI improvements.
