Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
8 years of prior relevant experience and 4 years of people management.
Expert knowledge of large, complex health insurance employer group implementations.
Ability to explain complex concepts to sales, C-Suite, and large group audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Implementation Consultants and Specialists for onboarding groups with ASO, Shared Advantage, and Fully Insured funding.
Drive simplification, automation, and AI initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and capacity.
Collaborate with Sales/Account Management, Brokerages, and Consulting houses cross-functionally.
Influence stakeholders using data and market practices across large cross-functional initiatives.
