Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, GRC Engineering (Special Programs) to serve as the operational owner of a high-visibility, customer-facing delivery organization. You will drive day-to-day success and guide 30–40 consultants through 4–5 direct-report managers, ensuring on-schedule delivery and rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity compliance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, and NIST 800-171/CMMC.
• 5+ years leading mid-sized teams with direct accountability for first-line managers.
• Hands-on authoring, implementing, and enforcing enterprise cybersecurity policies across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end program ownership and accountability for Special Programs delivery health and client satisfaction.
• Lead executive-level escalation resolution to restore client trust on high-risk engagements.
• Maintain delivery and timeline tracking across the portfolio and unblock teams to protect deadlines.
• Enforce operational delivery standards and ensure consistent execution across all teams.
• Manage capacity and resource allocation to optimize staffing across engagements.
• Direct and develop 4–5 direct-report managers to foster accountability and consistency.
• Drive team performance management with clear expectations and evaluations.
• Oversee quality assurance and risk mitigation to align with client objectives across key accounts.
