Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Manager, GRC Engineering (vCISO) to lead security strategy for a portfolio of clients. You will guide risk, compliance, and technical security decisions with executive presence and deep domain expertise.

You will work across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and other regulatory frameworks while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure secure, compliant architectures and resilient programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information security leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a senior security leadership role.
• Strong client relationship and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the vCISO relationship for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead security roadmaps and risk management aligned to client goals.
• Represent clients on sales calls and due diligence with expert security guidance.
• Handle escalations with executive authority and decisive judgments.
• Develop custom architecture recommendations, threat models, and executive briefings.
