Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Sr. GRC Engineer to own the client experience across a portfolio of engagements, leading audits and compliance activities for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

You will manage a pod of analysts, drive best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a remote-first environment. The role emphasizes client outcomes, proactive communication, and leadership within a fast-growing security-focused startup.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client relationship management in security/compliance projects.
• Proven ability to lead a small team or pod.
• Hands-on cybersecurity compliance experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience for a portfolio of high-complexity accounts.
• Lead client engagements, audits, and evidence collection end-to-end.
• Manage escalations and maintain superior client communications.
• Develop and mentor a pod of junior analysts.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across engagements.
