Job summary

Workstreet, Inc. is seeking a Manager, GRC Engineering (vCISO) to serve as a trusted security leader for a portfolio of clients.

You will guide risk and compliance decisions with authority and act as the dedicated virtual CISO, delivering strategic security leadership and executive-level communication. You will own client relationships, lead engagements end-to-end, and mentor a pod of analysts while navigating SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years information security experience with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Demonstrated client relationship management with executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, CMMC.

Responsibilities

• Own the vCISO relationship for a portfolio of clients and act as embedded security executive.
• Lead client engagements from assessment to certification, with strategic direction and risk guidance.
• Represent clients on prospect and customer calls with architecture, controls, and compliance posture insights.
