Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Sr. Engineer, GRC Engineering (Government) to act as a high-touch strategic partner for federal compliance programs. You will guide clients through certification lifecycles and lead a team of operators who manage day-to-day execution across FedRAMP, NIST SPs, and RMF controls.

You will own portfolios within 15 days, drive end-to-end engagements, and represent clients on executive calls to ensure alignment with Workstreet’s standards, during US ET business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct federal compliance implementation experience (RMF/NIST/FedRAMP).
• 3+ years leading multi-project client engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on OSCAL/SSP/POA&M evidence work.
• Experience with gov-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) in government regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal certification advisory motions for FedRAMP, A&A, and compliance lifecycles.
• Deliver executive-level compliance guidance translating CR26 rules and KSIs into business language.
• Direct and develop small compliance pods ensuring quality and delivery accountability.
• Build machine-readable artifacts (SSPs, POA&Ms, OSCAL/JSON/YAML) conforming to standards.
• Coordinate continuous monitoring workflows and 3PAO/4PAO engagements.
