Workstreet is seeking a Manager for the Special Programs team in the United States. You will lead high-impact, fast-paced engagements delivering security and compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management for security/compliance engagements.
• Ability to translate regulatory criteria into technical controls.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and coaching performers.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Own executive client account management across new portfolios.
• Lead client kickoffs to establish compliance foundations and migrations.
• Manage complex account escalations with urgency and poise.
• Deliver strategic compliance guidance aligning with business goals.
• Direct and develop an engineering pod of analysts.
• Architect and align GRC frameworks across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Execute multi-cloud certification projects in AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Leverage automation platforms to track readiness and audits.
