EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Government and Infrastructure - People Consulting in McLean, VA. You will lead engagements focused on HR operating models, organizational change management, and organizational design, delivering practical recommendations to government and public sector clients.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive complex transformations across agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with emphasis in organizational change, HR management, or related field
• 10+ years of change management or HR operating model experience in large organizations
• Experience designing HR operating models and organizational structures

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagements focused on People Consulting capabilities including change management and HR operating models
• Advise on HR processes, governance, and organizational design for large transformations
• Manage client relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive practical, innovative solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide guidance on proposal development and service delivery
• Travel to client sites as needed and mentor junior staff
