Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 8 years of experience; additional 4+ years in lieu of degree accepted.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance required at time of application with SCI access.
• Strong technical acumen in contract management and M365.
• Financial acumen and knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to negotiate with senior management.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, extension, and negotiation of OU contracts.
• Lead customer contact activities for contract acquisition and fulfillment.
• Manage a team of contract professionals.
• Review estimates of material, services, costs, and schedules for accuracy.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and advise senior leadership on contractual rights and obligations.
• Implement policy, interview candidates, and support team development.
• Occasional travel may be required to support engagements.
