Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Senior Manager Contract Administration 3 to lead contract management efforts for mission-critical programs. The role is 100% onsite with responsibilities spanning negotiation, risk assessment, and cross-functional leadership within the ECS team.

The ideal candidate brings extensive FAR/DFAR knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership style to drive strategic contract outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of professional experience OR Master's with 8 years; additional 4+ years may substitute in lieu of degree.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance at time of application, SCI eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, extension, and negotiation of organizational contracts.
• Conduct customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.
• Lead a team of contract professionals and mentor staff.
• Examine estimates of material, services, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Assess risks and mitigation plans; advise senior leadership of contractual rights and obligations.
• Implement policy, interview candidates, and support functional growth and development.
