Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience OR Master's with 6 years, plus 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access.
• Experience negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts with the US Government.
• Thorough understanding of FAR and government regulations.
• Advanced proposal development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect company posture and policies.
• Plan and execute negotiations for complex contracts with targeted profit rates and favorable terms.
• Interface with program, technical, and operations groups to provide guidance based on contract requirements.
• Make timely decisions and guide multiple organizations including legal, finance, and security.
• Solve complex problems by gathering information and ideas from diverse sources.
• Build strong customer relationships and employee engagement to grow the business area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
