Qualifications

• Requires a degree with 10 years' experience or a Master's with 8 years' experience.
• Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI access
• Strong contract management and M365 knowledge
• Financial and FAR/DFAR understanding
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee OU contracts administration, extension, and negotiation.
• Lead a team of contract professionals.
• Assess material, costs, schedules, and performance for accuracy.
• Evaluate risk, advise leadership, and analyze data for decisions.
• Implement policy, interview candidates, and support growth.
• Travel to support customer and company engagements as needed.
