Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Contract Administration at Manager Level 2 for our Space Sector. The role leads a contract administration team, manages a diverse portfolio, and ensures customer satisfaction, strong financial performance, and risk mitigation.

This 100% onsite position is based in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off. Key duties include reviewing contracts, negotiating complex terms, coordinating with program, technical, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master's with 6 years.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access.
• Experience negotiating and administering fixed price and cost reimbursable contracts with US Government.
• Thorough understanding of FAR and government regulations.
• Advanced proposal development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect the company's posture and ensure contractual obligations.
• Plan and execute complex contract negotiations to meet profit targets and favorable terms.
• Interface with program, technical, and operations teams to guide contract requirements.
• Make timely decisions and provide guidance across technical, program, finance, and legal groups.
• Solve complex problems by seeking information and new ideas from diverse sources.
• Build strong customer relationships and employee engagement to grow the business area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
