Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management experience in a technical operations environment.
• Strategic thinking: connect operational metrics to business outcomes and plan improvements.
• Production operations experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident handling.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (Splunk, Nagios, BigPanda, PagerDuty).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Process-oriented with strong documentation (Confluence).
• Experience automating business continuity/disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of Analysts across US, India, and Australia with accountability and coaching.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce incidents and increase team velocity.
• Build team capability through structured training and clear documentation standards.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, infrastructure, and network teams as an operational partner.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore AI-enabled workflows to reduce toil.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
