Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering to lead a mixed Linux/Windows delivery team. You will drive automation, CI/CD practices, and cross‑functional collaboration with developers, operations, and QA to accelerate platform results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
5+ years in engineering OS and software delivery or related
Experience in a people management or team lead role.
Strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, Bourne, or Groovy.

Responsibilities

Educate and mentor teams on deployment methodologies and technologies.
Delegate and manage workload across staff.
Design, plan, and implement server and application delivery solutions.
Tune systems for maximum performance and reliability.
Automate manual tasks through scripting and development.
Lead 24/7 production support and rapid incident response.
Evaluate OS updates, drivers, and patches; ensure compatibility.
Collaborate with Developers, Operations, and QA.
Support SDLC governance and infrastructure lifecycle.
