Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Global Supply professional to own end-to-end sourcing and production strategy for select shave categories. You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and lead cross-functional projects across regions including North America, Europe, and Asia.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging Development, Retail, Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven analytical, data-driven approach in supply chain roles.
• Experience across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive consensus and navigate complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain for specific shave categories.
• Drive strategy, reduce costs, and execute impactful projects as we scale.
• Lead supplier relationships and global negotiations for components and finished goods.
• Set global supplier strategy to support portfolio expansion and roadmap.
• Present metrics and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
