Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of marketing procurement experience with a strong background in production, digital marketing, and creative categories.
• Accountable for supplier strategy, contract negotiations, cost savings, performance management, and ROI.
• A hands-on procurement leadership role with direct ownership of sourcing strategies, deal execution, and contract management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal to provide measurable business value through procurement excellence.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects across marketing and production categories from opportunity evaluation to negotiations.
• Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights supporting sourcing decisions.
• Align supplier approaches with business priorities, integration plans, and long‑term roadmaps.
• Develop category strategies across production vendors, creative agencies, branding partners, and marketing technology providers.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Production to align priorities and drive results.
• Own domestic and international contract negotiations from strategy through execution.
