Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Global Sourcing professional to own end-to-end supply chain for select shave categories, driving strategy, reducing costs, and leading impactful projects as we scale our business.

You will collaborate with teams in New York, Germany, the UK, and Asia—Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging Development, Retail, Finance and Operations—to launch products, optimize supply chains for speed and cost, and help our brands flourish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Analytical, data-driven supply chain experience.
• Experience across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal). Values relationships and cross-functional team work.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product introductions (NPI), margin expansion programs, mitigating risk, ensuring supply, and driving continuous improvement projects.
• Accountable for the success of programs from start to finish, including RFQs and supplier selection strategy for components and finished goods.
• Set the global supplier strategy to support the company’s extensive portfolio expansion and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics, recommendations, and operational considerations to the senior team for product launches.
• Lead global negotiations with current and future suppliers to support business objectives; including cost, contracts, escalation.
