Mammoth Brands, a leading modern CPG company, is hiring for a Global Sourcing role in New York. You will own end-to-end supply chain for key shave categories, drive cost reductions, and lead supplier relationships.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Packaging, Finance, and other functions to launch products and optimize supply chains for speed and cost. You will work with teams across New York, Europe, and Asia, driving strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management to

Qualifications

• Analytical, data-driven supply chain experience.
• Experience across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sourcing for defined product categories.
• Lead RFQs and supplier selection for components and finished goods.
• Set global supplier strategy to support portfolio expansion.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics to senior leadership.
• Negotiate with current and future suppliers to achieve cost goals.
