Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Global Sourcing professional to own end-to-end supply chain for select shave categories. You will drive strategy, reduce costs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage cross-functional collaboration across teams in New York, Germany, the UK, and Asia to launch products and optimize supply chains.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cost optimization, and a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Analytical, data-driven supply chain experience.
• Experience across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product introductions (NPI) and margin expansion programs.
• Lead RFQs and supplier selection for components and finished goods.
• Set global supplier strategy to support portfolio expansion and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional projects and present metrics to senior leadership.
• Lead global negotiations with current and future suppliers.
