Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Supply Planner, Manager, to develop time-phased supply plans and inventory strategies for multiple product categories. You will partner with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams to ensure executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Expect 4–6 years in planning, strong analytics, and ERP/SAP experience. The role is based in our SoHo office with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply and/or inventory planning, ideally in a CPG environment.
• 4+ years of broader operations experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to develop inventory models for complex supply networks.
• Strong communicator — you tailor your message to your audience and cross-functional partners.
• Plan and prioritize work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own development and refinement of time-phased supply plans and inventory strategy across multiple product categories.
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU at each node of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers on production scheduling and supply needs.
• Gather high-quality demand, supply, logistics inputs to create robust inventory plans.
• Track and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Model scenarios and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and targets to monitor production, service, and inventory performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
