Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide senior stakeholders, drive long-range planning, and champion advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI-enabled capabilities, delivering high-quality forecasts and strategic insights.

You will mentor teams, shape practice growth, and collaborate across Cross-functional groups to inform business decisions and client strategies in a dynamic, hybrid EY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline, with relevant professional experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and advanced forecasting techniques.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
