Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop robust forecasts, and drive innovation through AI, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities.

You will manage senior client stakeholders, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership within EY's Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field plus relevant experience.
• 14+ years of experience in strategic forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and delivery quality across programs.
