EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead large-scale global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams in developing robust forecasts and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline, with relevant professional experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting is required.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients and advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Drive adoption of AI, ML, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor teams of consultants and analysts across forecasting engagements.
