Job summary

EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop robust forecasts that inform strategic and operational decisions.

You will drive innovation through AI and advanced analytics, oversee governance and quality, and contribute to EY's Life Sciences practice growth and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across global brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and data-driven insights.
• Present findings to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
