EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams in developing robust forecasts that inform strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes deep forecasting expertise, advanced analytics, and the use of AI/GenAI-enabled capabilities to improve accuracy and efficiency, with a focus on practice growth and people

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
