Job summary

EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. The role requires deep forecasting expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of advising senior stakeholders.

The candidate will drive innovation through analytics, AI, and GenAI-enabled capabilities, while guiding teams across forecasting practices and client delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, or a quantitative discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
