Job summary

EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. You will partner with senior client stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy to deliver robust forecasts informing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep pharmaceutical forecasting expertise and therapeutic knowledge.
• Experience leading global forecasting engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands and therapies.
• Advise senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and executive-level communications.
• Champion automation with Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Develop forecasting standards and model validation processes.
