Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Supply, Ad Partnership Management to lead strategy and partnerships across SSPs and publisher platforms for offsite solutions. You will own and grow strategic supply partnerships, drive joint business plans, and translate partner feedback into product priorities.

Collaborate with Sales to support client activation, measure performance with KPIs and QBRs, and shape monetization strategies in a fast-paced ad tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• At least five years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
• Five years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• Five years’ experience managing client accounts.
• Five years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and partnerships across SSPs and publisher platforms supporting Walmart Connect’s offsite solutions.
• Own and grow strategic supply partnerships, driving joint business plans focused on scale, quality, performance, and incremental demand.
• Inform partner prioritization through competitive insights, opportunity sizing, and performance data.
• Develop joint GTM, co selling, marketing, and enablement initiatives with partners.
• Translate partner feedback into product and monetization priorities.
• Partner with Sales to support client activation and track performance through key metrics and QBRs.
