Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Partner on the Home and Hardlines team in Hoboken, NJ to drive digital and omni-channel marketing solutions for key suppliers. You will build executive relationships, craft strategic opportunities, and close high-value deals with Fortune 500 advertisers.

You bring 5+ years selling marketing solutions, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven ability to influence C-level decision makers. Requires a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in brand advertising or related sales.
• Experience engaging with C-Level clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, understand and identify client contacts that manage multiple budgets, and close large JBPs with Fortune 500 marketers.
• Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality objective based opportunities to RFPs.
• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals.
• Develop and actively manage short and long-term account plans based on client brand and performance marketing objectives.
• Partner with teammates to structure and execute initiatives, develop account plans, and define the overall business approach.
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive contacts to execute against account plans.
• Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas and measure impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions.
• Accurately manage sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and resources.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations using industry trends and Walmart Connect marketing solutions.
• Exhibit executive presence presenting to CEOs and CMOs at Walmart and suppliers.
