Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Infrastructure Investment Finance Group, overseeing a global portfolio of Destination Development investments and driving strategic outcomes across the portfolio.

The role involves mentoring two to three analysts, performing complex financial modeling, and coordinating with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and Corporate Strategy to meet capital objectives and long-term returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance.
• 4 years preferred at the management level.
• Experience in valuation and deal execution through investment banking, accounting, asset management, or real estate investments.
• Strong accounting, analytical, research and financial analysis skills.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of valuation methods and debt structures.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with complex legal agreements including shareholders, berthing, concession, operating agreements, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and assist infrastructure investment and asset management team members; mentor a team of analysts.
• Model, deal structuring, forecasting, management reporting, valuation, and business analysis across the portfolio.
• Investments: evaluate new initiatives and develop strategies to structure and implement investments.
• Asset Management: monitor JV performance, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize investments.
• Oversee multiple projects and the JV portfolio globally, guiding direct reports and interfacing with business partners.
• Support engagement with investment partners, bankers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc financial modeling and cash flow analyses; produce diverse analyses.
• Report monthly and annually on operating performance at investment and portfolio levels.
• Summarize results and communicate key drivers and recommendations.
