Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in investment, finance, corporate development, or related fields.
• Experience with joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Ability to underwrite, evaluate, and manage large-scale investments.
• Strong business judgment and executive presence; ability to communicate with C-suite.
• Self-starter who can operate autonomously.
• Experience building and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic JV portfolio across the end-to-end investment lifecycle.
• Drive underwriting and investment analysis for new JV opportunities.
• Establish governance processes across the JV portfolio.
• Partner with JV CEOs to develop value creation plans and monitor performance.
• Build and develop a team of investment professionals.
• Coordinate with RC G stakeholders on integration and Day 1 readiness.
• Shape strategic partnerships and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready materials for senior governance forums.
• Ensure controls and confidentiality in all matters.
