Job summary

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager to lead Destination Development investments and provide financial oversight for a global portfolio within the Infrastructure Investment Finance Group.

You will oversee forecasting, planning, and capitalization efforts across JV entities, coordinate with internal teams, and manage multiple high‑stakes projects to drive long‑term value for the company’s port investments and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance.
• Preferred 4 years at the management level.
• Experience in valuation and deal execution through investment banking, accounting, asset management, or real estate investments preferred.
• Strong accounting, analytical, research and financial analysis skills required.
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of valuation methods and debt structures.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high‑quality investment analyses.
• Model, structure deals, forecast cash flows, and provide management reporting for the portfolio.
• Evaluate new initiatives and partnerships to secure internal support and external investments.
• Monitor JV performance, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize investments.
