Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to join its Infrastructure Investment Finance Group in Miami. You will oversee the Destination Development investments and the financial performance of a global portfolio, guiding underwriting, forecasting, and JV planning with senior Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree desirable.
• 7+ years in finance with valuation and deal execution experience.
• Strong accounting, analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of analysts to drive quality work.
• Model, structure deals, forecast cash flows and portfolio analyses.
• Oversee JV portfolio forecasting and Capex planning coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute investments.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly operating performance reporting for portfolio.
