Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Destination Development for on-site work at our headquarters. The role focuses on leading development projects in the Caribbean and Americas, negotiating contracts, and building government and stakeholder relationships to advance destination infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have graduate degrees and strong financial/planning skills, with cruise industry experience preferred. Travel and cross‑functional leadership across regions are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred (MBA, Masters in Finance or JD, Engineering, etc).
• English speaking; Spanish language a plus.
• Experience in cruise industry desirable.
• Strong analytical, financial, conceptual planning and strategic thinking.
• Ability to travel and collaborate with governments and stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, execution and delivery of strategic projects in the Caribbean and the Americas.
• Build and sustain relationships with governments, destinations and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with external consultants and manage performance against scope.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and lead discussions to resolve challenges.
• Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and compliance principles.
