EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain, shaping operating models for large multinational clients.

You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with C‑suite stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and capability building.

This role offers visibility, a hybrid work model in the U.S., and opportunities to influence transformative programs across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related work experience.
• 7–8 years of advisory services in finance function (finance operating model, performance management, shared services design).
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies in GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop sector offerings and reusable transformation assets, participate in proposals and market initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
