Job summary

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising. This Ventura, CA-based role leads the Stock Administration team, overseeing RSUs, stock options, and ESPP globally while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable processes.

You will mentor a high-performing group, drive automation, and partner with HR, Legal, Accounting, and Tax to deliver accurate, compliant equity programs. Relocation is available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience in global equity programs.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop stock administration professionals.
• Strong knowledge of ESPP programs, tax and regulatory considerations.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing the administration of TTD’s equity programs for global employees (RSUs, stock options, ESPP).
• Mentor and develop a high-performing stock administration team.
• Oversee ESPP lifecycle, streamline processes and automate workflows.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, governance and employee education efforts.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Develop policies, procedures, and controls for equity administration.
• Provide guidance on equity questions and programs to managers and employees.
• Oversee tax reporting and Forms 3, 4 and 5 as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Lead integration of Equity Edge Online with other systems.
