Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, audit experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of public company financial statement preparation.
• Technical knowledge of SEC Regulations and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock-based compensation accounting activities for monthly close.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for equity accounts.
• Conduct SBC-related disclosures for Forms 10-K and 10-Q filings.
