Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience, including global equity plan administration for publicly traded companies.
• Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing stock administration professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Deep expertise in administering complex global ESPP programs, including tax and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing the administration of the company's equity programs for global employees, including RSUs, stock options and ESPP.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stock administration team.
• Oversee ESPP lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
• Partner with Senior Equity Program Manager to ensure alignment across equity programs and support compliance, governance, and employee education efforts.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve scalability.
• Develop and document policies, procedures and controls for equity administration.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs.
