  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stock administration team
  • Oversee all aspects of the ESPP lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows
  • Partner closely with the Senior Equity Program Manager to ensure alignment across equity programs and support compliance, governance, and employee education efforts
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve scalability
  • Develop and document policies, procedures and controls for equity administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs
  • Review the preparation of Section 16 reporting requirements, including Forms 3, 4 and 5
  • Partner effectively and proactively with Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant administration of equity programs
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and initiatives in support of the Stock Administration team
  • Lead the optimization and integration of Equity Edge Online (EEO) and related systems to improve automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Review the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of equity information
  • Assist the Director, Stock Administration as needed
Who you are:
  • 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience, including global equity plan administration for publicly traded companies
  • Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing stock administration professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Deep expertise in administering complex global ESPP programs, including tax and regulatory considerations
  • Work well in a high-pressure, high-volume environment and able to juggle multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines and changing priorities
  • Clear communicator who can partner effectively across teams
  • Hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • CEP designation preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and global taxation of equity compensation requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows
