The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Equity to report to the Associate Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. This person will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and disclosures related to our stock‑based compensation (SBC), including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) equity plan.
This role interacts with other departments inside and outside the United States within The Trade Desk, including functional areas such as Accounting, Tax, Legal, SOX and Risk Management, People Operations, Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Financial Reporting and Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator and collaborator, as well as having the technical skills to manage the day‑to‑day tasks related to SBC, ESPP and SEC reporting.
