Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a public accounting firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge of public company financial statement preparation.
• Understanding of SEC regulations, US GAAP, especially ASC 718.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock-based compensation accounting and reporting.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for equity accounts.
• Interface with external auditors on equity matters.
• Assist with SEC reporting tasks and SOX compliance.
