Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Accountant for SEC Reporting & Equity in their Ventura, CA office. This role is critical for managing stock-based compensation accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and collaborating with various departments.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and have over three years of experience, preferably with a major public accounting firm. Competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in Accounting, preferably with audit experience.
• Technical knowledge of SEC Regulations and US GAAP.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock-based compensation accounting and reporting activities.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for equity related accounts.
• Assist with SEC reporting tasks and research technical accounting issues.
