You will lead reporting cycles, support audits, and ensure filings are accurate and timely while staying ahead of changing regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
• Minimum six years of direct experience with mutual funds and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory filings for funds and ETFs (N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN, N-MFP).
• Excellent organization, accuracy and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and authorization of fund filings including SEC N-CSR and related forms.
• Prepare and review financial statements for registered funds and ETFs.
• Support and automate reviews of regulatory filings such as N-MFP, N-PORT and N-CEN.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and internal partners on filings.
• Present regulatory standards and process updates to senior management as needed.
